ScotiaMcLeod was originally formed as a partnership in 1921 by four young entrepreneurs. Their company, McLeod Young Weir, delivered a full range of investment services and was rooted in trust, financial expertise and innovation. In 1987 the Bank of Nova Scotia purchased McLeod Young Weir. Today ScotiaMcLeod has 800 advisors working from 70 offices across Canada.

In recent years The Mailey Rogers Group made an important philosophical decision. They wished to deliver a premium wealth management service and rather than “go big” they chose to “go small”! The results have been powerful as intimate client relationships have developed and an exceptional service level achieved.

The Group derives tremendous satisfaction from remembering the small things in every client relationship. When you enter the doors to The Mailey Roger Group of ScotiaMcLeod you will find the strengths which were at the foundation of McLeod Young Weir have truly prevailed – Trust, Expertise and Innovation.
